3. Products & Services
We offer both bespoke (custom-made) and ready-to-wear garments. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, fabric texture, design, and measurements may occur and should not be considered defects.
4. Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements and design specifications when placing bespoke orders.
Denzel Couture is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Once production has commenced, changes to bespoke orders may not be possible.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
6. Payment
We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.
7. Production & Delivery
Bespoke garments require production time before shipment. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on production schedules, fabric availability, holidays, or courier delays.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
8. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges applicable in their country.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of bespoke garments, custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by Denzel Couture.
Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or return in accordance with our Return Policy, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.
10. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted for bespoke garments.

All content on this website, including logos, designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Denzel Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
