What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, production may have already begun — especially for custom orders. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@denzelcouture.com and we’ll do our best to help.
👔 Custom Suits & Measurements
How does the custom suit process work?
After placing your custom order, you’ll receive a follow-up from our team to confirm your measurements, fabric choice, and style preferences. Once confirmed, your suit goes into production and is shipped directly to you.
How do I take my measurements?
We provide a detailed size guide on our website to help you measure accurately. We recommend using a flexible measuring tape and having someone assist you for the most accurate results. Key measurements needed are: chest, waist, hips, shoulders, sleeve length, trouser waist, thigh, and trouser length.

Where do you ship to?
We are based in the United States and ship domestically across the US. We also ship internationally to Nigeria. If you’re in a different country and would like to place an order, contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
How long does US shipping take?
Standard US shipping typically takes 10–21 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
How long does shipping to Nigeria take?
International shipping to Nigeria typically takes 5-7 business days depending on customs and logistics. Please note that customs clearance times are outside our control.
